“I just want to give a special shout out to Cassidy for her help during an incredibly difficult time in our family. She helped my mom and grandma get into a very nice apartment so quickly, after almost everyone else told us it would take weeks or months to get into a new place. She is a fantastic assistant manager and made me feel like my mom and grandma are in the best place they could be in for now. She is so kind and personable, yet professional.
